Henry Robinson
(8 Years Old)
This year, Henry is in Second Grade, which he thinks is fun. He is learning new things about writing and reviewed how to frog jump in Math. At recess, Henry likes to play basketball with his friends.
Henry likes reading chapter books like the National Geographic series Explorer's Academy. He also likes the graphic novel HiLo and Bird and Squirrel . Henry started playing bass in a rock band this year and takes lessons and goes to band practice. When he listens to music, Henry likes music with a lot of bass parts like billy elish's "Bad Guy."
Alexandra "Alex" Robinson
(10 Years Old)
Alex is in Fourth Grade this year, and she thinks it is really fun but is also challenging with much more responsibility and needing to keep things neat. Alex's favorite part of her school day is PBL (Project Based Learning), where you are trying to catch burglars using her computer, by practicing school skills like math and reading and social studies and writing.
This year, Alex's favorite graphic novel series is called Paws, and her favorite novel is still Land of Stories. She saw a Blackpink concert this year and loves their songs. Other artists she loves are Jelly Roll, Taylor Swift, and Halsey. Some foods she tried this year and loved was Trellis Restaurant and Patio, sushi, french onion soup, fondu, hotpot, Marry Me Chicken, cinnamon pear chocolate caramels, and Tikka Masala. She also continues to love shave ice and churros. She loves Clover.
Clover Lillipup Robinson
This year welcomed Clover Lillipup Robinson to our family. Clover is a cavapoo puppy who loves cuddling and fetching balls. She is a bit naughty but very cute.

Will and Lauren
This year, Will continued his work as an engineering leader at Coinbase. Outside of work, Will has delighted in accompanying Alex's vocal stylings on guitar, building and reading Lord of the Rings with Henry, and catching up with friends and family in person. He especially hopes that this last trend can continue to grow in 2024!
Lauren is working honored to work on a children's literacy app with Reading Reimagined, an inclusive R&D program from AERDF. She is excited to learn about how children learn to read!
